Terms for the NestKeepr SMS messaging program

By opting in to the NestKeepr SMS messaging program, you agree to receive text messages from NestKeepr to the mobile phone number you provide. These terms apply to all SMS and MMS messages sent by NestKeepr.
Program Description
Program Name: NestKeepr SMS Notifications
NestKeepr is a homeowner property management platform. Our SMS messaging program sends text messages including:
- Verification codes — One-time codes for two-factor authentication (2FA) and account verification
- Account alerts — Security notifications (new login detected), property document upload confirmations, and account updates
- Nestor home assistant — Two-way conversational support from Nestor, your AI home assistant, for property management questions, maintenance guidance, insurance reminders, and personalized home recommendations
How to Opt In
You can opt in to NestKeepr SMS messages during account creation at nestkeepr.com/claim-property/create-account after completing property address verification. During signup, you provide your mobile phone number and explicitly consent to SMS messages by checking the consent checkbox. Consent is not a condition of purchase or use of NestKeepr.
The consent checkbox includes the following disclosures:
- Types of messages you will receive (verification codes, account alerts, Nestor support)
- Message frequency disclosure
- Message and data rates disclosure
- "Consent is not a condition of purchase" disclosure
- HELP and STOP instructions
- Links to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and this SMS Terms page
You must check the consent box before account creation is allowed. You may also opt in by texting START or YES to our messaging number.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your account activity and interactions. For example, you will receive a text message each time you request a verification code or when Nestor responds to a question you ask. You control how often you interact with Nestor, so message volume depends on your usage.
Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Please check with your mobile carrier for details about your text messaging plan. NestKeepr does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier may charge standard messaging fees.
Consent
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase or use of NestKeepr. You can use the NestKeepr platform without opting in to SMS notifications, though some features like phone-based verification require text messages.
How to Opt Out, Get Help, or Re-Subscribe
Reply STOP to any NestKeepr message to unsubscribe from all SMS messages. You may also text UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT.
You will receive a single confirmation message: "NestKeepr: You are unsubscribed and will receive no further messages."
Reply HELP to any NestKeepr message for support information. You may also text INFO.
You will receive: "NestKeepr: For help, visit nestkeepr.com/help or email support@nestkeepr.com. Reply STOP to unsubscribe."
Reply START or YES to re-subscribe to SMS messages if you previously opted out.
You will receive: "NestKeepr: Thanks for subscribing to account notifications! Reply HELP for help. Msg frequency varies. Msg&data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out."
Privacy
Your phone number and SMS consent records are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Specifically:
- Your phone number is collected during account creation and stored securely
- We record the date and time of your SMS consent for compliance purposes
- Your phone number is shared only with our SMS delivery provider (Telnyx) for the purpose of sending messages
- We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for marketing
- When you opt out via STOP, we immediately update your preferences and cease sending messages

Supported Carriers
NestKeepr SMS messages are supported on all major U.S. mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Service availability may vary by carrier and geographic location.
Changes to These SMS Terms
We may update these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued receipt of SMS messages after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
